The open plan living area is light and airy, with a traditional fireplace, and a dining area seating 6 people comfortably. The ground floor is tiled throughout in Turkish marble.







There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with an oven, a separate hob with extractor fan, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a washing machine. Cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware are provided. There is a downstairs toilet, a garage, and an ironing board and iron!

French doors lead to two furnished patios, ideal for entertaining or enjoying a refreshing drink whilst sitting beneath the dappled shade of the olive tree or surrounded by bougainvillea.

There are some board games, guidebooks and a guest book where we invite you to comment about local restaurants and your trips and discoveries.

There are three large bedrooms, one with a double bed (en-suite shower), two with twin beds, all with beautiful views, together with a spacious bathroom.

There is a large private swimming pool (overflow type) with underwater lighting, surrounded by an area suitable for sunbathing. Looking out from the pool there are spectacular mountain views.

The villa walls, outside and inside, have been painted white in keeping with the Mediterranean ambience the villa conveys. There is also a large roof terrace and two balconies with fabulous mountain and sea views.
